Ms. Bianchi is dedicated to defending the rights of the accused across the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Prior to starting her own firm she was recruited to be the managing attorney for the criminal defense group at another boutique law firm in the Northern Virginia area.

 

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Bianchi was an assistant public defender for Arlington County and the City of Falls Church, located in Arlington County, Virginia.  At the Public Defender's office, Ms. Bianchi was able to hone her skills as a litigator and trial attorney.  She became a seasoned advocate for her clients and has earned a reputation as a successful advocate among her peers. Ms. Bianchi is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College, which is a prestigious trial program for attorney's dedicated to the defense of the accused. 

 

Ms. Bianchi is a graduate of  St. Thomas University, School of Law, in Miami, Florida. While she attended St. Thomas, she won several awards. Most notably, she was selected as  "Best Overall" in the intermural Moot Court Competition in 2004. In addition, she was an honor student and a member of the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams for the school. Ms. Bianchi represented St. Thomas as an team member in Florida as well as in Virginia. 

 

Ms. Bianchi has tried numerous cases before a Judge and a  Jury, in most local Virginia Courts as well as Federal Court. She has handled over 1,000 cases, ranging from traffic infractions to offenses that carry life in prison.
