YOUR RIGHTS:
You have certain rights that are guaranteed to you by the Constitution of the United States. Everyone should know their rights and you should never be afraid to envoke them. Your rights are important and you should preserve them when interacting with Law Enforcement.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT. Everything you say will be used against you in a criminal prosecution. It is better to say nothing, than say something that can easily be turned against you in Court. The law has recently changed and you must now tell the police that you do not want to speak with them.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE FREE FROM UNREASONABLE SEARCHES AND SEIZURES.  Do not consent to any searches of your person, car or home unless shown a warrant.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT NOT TO TAKE ANY TESTS. Do not consent to take any tests, either on the street or at the station. This evidence is only going to be used against you in a court of law.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO AN ATTORNEY. You have the right to Counsel at every stage of the proceeding. You have the right to have an attorney present when you are being questioned by the police. Do not make any statements without an attorney present. Always demand an attorney and then express your right to remain silent and not speak to the police.
